Refund Policy

At LevelUp and Evolve, we are committed to providing high-quality programs and services. Please review our refund policy below, which applies to all purchases made through our website, including fitness classes, team registrations, sports camps, and gym rentals.
1. Fitness Classes
• Single Class Purchases: Refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the class start time. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Class Packages or Memberships: Refunds for unused portions may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used. After 7 days or once any session is used, packages are non-refundable.
2. Team Registrations
• Team Fees are non-refundable once a team has been registered and payment is processed.
• Exceptions may be made for medical or emergency situations on a case-by-case basis, with written documentation.
3. Sports Camps
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp begins, unless due to documented medical emergencies.
4. Gym Time Rental
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental time are non-refundable.
5. General Notes
• All refund requests must be submitted via email to [insert support email] with your full name, contact info, and reason for cancellation.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• LevelUp and Evolve reserves the right to deny a refund if the policy conditions are not met.

1. Gym Rentals
• Gym rentals are scheduled in advance based on availability.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and location details within 24 hours of booking.
• Access to the gym is provided at the scheduled time. Please arrive early to maximize your rental period.
2. Team Sports & Camps
• Registrations for team sports or camps will be confirmed via email within 24–48 hours of payment.
• Program start dates, times, and any necessary instructions will be provided prior to the event, typically within one week of registration or sooner if the event is imminent.
3. Fitness Training & Classes
• Individual and group fitness sessions are booked based on trainer and class availability.
• Once payment is received, a confirmation of your booking will be sent within 24 hours.
• Ongoing class schedules are available on the site, and clients are expected to attend the session(s) as booked.
