LEVELUP RECODE PROGRAM
LEVELUP RECODE IS OUR ALL NEW, AND COMPLETELY REVOLUTIONARY TRAINING PROGRAM. BASED ON FOLLOWING OUR NATURAL MOVEMENT PATTERNS, THIS TRAINING SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO HELP ATHLETES OF ALL AGES DISCOVER THAT MOVEMENT IMPROVEMENT WILL BUILD AN EXPLOSIVE, ENDURANCE DURABLE ATHLETE.
BUILDING BETTER ATHLETES
Our new program was inspired by the incredible trainers that created GOATA. GOATA, which stands for the Greatest of all time athletes, is the science of observing human movement patterns in
slow motion. Via slow motion video technology, we are able to recognize and compare the movements of infants & toddlers, indigenous tribes, non-contact injuries and super durable athletes who stand the test of time, becoming the greatest to ever play. These athletes have multi-decade careers and were non- contact injury resistant. A few examples are Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, Serena Williams, and many more....but what really matters are their patterns. Recode takes these amazing principles and applies them to our training and everyday movement for our athletes and members.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
1. THE ASSESSMENT
THE RECODE PROGRAM INCLUDES FEATURES THAT WILL HELP YOU AND YOUR COACHES TRACK YOUR IMPROVEMENT. THIS BEGINS BY UNDERSTANDING YOUR MOVEMENT PATTERNS WITH A PHOTO/VIDEO POSTURAL AND PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT. WITH THE ASSESSMENT, WE CAN PINPOINT INJURY PRONE AREAS THAT NEED IMPROVEMENT.
2. IN-PERSON TRAINING
NEXT WE TAKE FINDINGS FROM YOUR ASSESSMENT TO DETERMINE THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION WITH YOUR TRAINING. THIS BEGINS THE JOURNEY TO MOVEMENT IMPROVEMENT. WE ARE ABLE TO DELIVER DETAILED TRAINING IN A SMALL GROUP/TEAM ENVIRONMENT. OUR TRAINING SYSTEM FEATURES TOP OF THE LINE EQUIPMENT, TECHNOLOGY, FACILITIES, AND COACHING TO HELP YOU BECOME A MORE EXPLOSIVE AND ENDURANCE DURABLE ATHLETE.

3. HOMEWORK
YEP, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. HOMEWORK DAYS. ON DAYS YOU ARE NOT TRAINING WITH US IN PERSON, WE'LL PROGRAM AT HOME EXERCISES FOR YOU TO COMPLETE. A RECODE WON'T HAPPEN OVERNIGHT, OR WITH 2 TRAINING DAYS. YOU'LL NEED TO LEARN TO LIVE THE RECODE AT HOME TOO!
4. SLO-MO VIDEO ANALYSIS
NOW FOR OUR HOMEWORK, THROUGHOUT YOUR TRAINING WE'LL BE REVIEWING YOUR MOVEMENT PATTERNS WITH SLOW MOTION VIDEO TO HELP US SEE WHERE IMPROVEMENTS ARE HAPPENING AND WHERE THEY NEED WORK.
USING SLOW MOTION VIDEO, AND OUR COACHING EYE, WE CAN HELP THE ATHLETES BETTER UNDERSTAND THEIR "ENERGY LEAKS" THAT WHEN IMPROVED WILL HAVE THEM FEELING FASTER, AND MORE INJURY RESISTANT.
