I have been working out for many many years. I primarily preferred doing group workout classes at a local facility, as I don’t workout effectively by myself. I have 3 damaged discs in my neck causing pain just about daily, more pain if I workout. Needless to say I have not been working out like I want to over the last couple years as I’d prefer to not have pain. With that said I was reluctant to try this boot camp however did anyway. What I learned is the workout classes I had been doing for so many years have caused and contributed 100% to the pain in my neck. The last 6 weeks I have had ZERO to very minimal discomfort to my neck. I have not had to visit ONE of my 3 options to relieve pain. Which include my physical therapist, massage therapist and chiropractor. I would have to visit 1-2 of these every single month just to maintain some sort of comfort. The rotation of the workouts, effectively working out each muscle differently, the education provided by all 3 coaches and the monitoring of correct form is Phenomenal. I have enjoyed every single class and look forward to returning!
LevelUp Training is all around fantastic! I just completed the clean and lean challenge and had a very positive experience.
