We truly believe in our methods and know that everyone - not only athletes can benefit from training properly and learning to move naturally and pain-free.

Training We offer
performance training classes
This is great for any athlete - either during the season or off-season. We'll focus on movement fundamentals, to help athletes become more efficient - AKA faster and stronger movers. Classes are offered 2x per week and 4, 8 and 12 week packages are available.
adult fitness classes
Get ready to sweat! We've created a mix of movement fundamentals that will get your heart racing, your body sweating but also learning and strengthening! Starting in September class will meet daily!
small group & Team Training
Perfect options for teammates, friends or coaches looking to LevelUp in the off-season. This tailored-to-you training will help teams and groups set specific goals and achieve them, while also learning to move and function properly to help prevent injury and increase overall performance.
Our personal training offers it all to athletes and adults with specific goals in mind. Starting with an education and movement assessment, we'll help discover improvement areas and develop a program designed to you specifically to help meet your goals and perform better. To be the greatest, you have to train like the greatest - and that's exactly what we'll help you do.
