Our Saturday HiiT Class is designed to keep you moving and grooving from start to finish. The perfect way to kick-off your weekend.

Complete body movement recode designed so you can live pain free which can be transferred into your daily life and our bootcamp classes. 

ADULT SPRING CLEANUP CHALLENGE

This 6 Week Challenge incorporates all of our best bootcamp features, and more!

The Spring CleanUp Challenge is designed to help you shed those winter blues and prepare for Summer! The program includes 6 weeks of bootcamp, with 3 in-person training days. It also includes an app for goal tracking, nutrition monitoring, and fitness challenges to help keep you accountable!

All participants receive a free t-shirt and will be eligible for some prizes...including cash. You'll also gain a community of supportive, like-minded friends and coaches excited to help you succeed.

Spring CleanUp is available to current members for an additional fee, and to new members as well.
