Athletes of all sports looking to improve their performance will benefit from these group workout classes! We developed LevelUp Performance to help athletes improve coordination, athleticism, and techniques in strength training and running form - all while having fun in a positive environment!

 

ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

 

Fundamental Performance

Ages 8-10

This program builds the groundwork in coordination, athleticism, and teaches proper technique in strength training, felxibility and running form. The main goal is to give kids the mind state of training and to build confidence, while promoting and instilling a healthy lifestyle to last a lifetime.

Athletic Skill Training

  • Development of motor skills and movement patterns

  • Core strength and flexibility

  • Learning strength training through body weight exercises

  • Athletic training through forms of fun games and activities

  • Speed, running form, plyometric and conditioning

Accelerated Performance

Ages 11-14

Athletes will continue to progress, taking their training up a level in this class. Accelerated Performance is a program designed to sharpen and develop skills needed to excel on the field or court. Speed and agility mechanics will be learned, as well as strength training techniques.

Advanced Performance

Ages 15-18+

This is an advanced program for high school and collegiate level athletes looking to get better for their season and to improve athletic performance through power, speed, agility and explosion training.
