Spring Kids Sports Performance

March 4 - May 24

Our sports performance programs encompass all aspects of building an elite athlete: speed, agility, power, strength, stability, mobility and injury prevention. Athletes are expected to be ready to go at the beginning of class, which means getting to LevelUp a few minutes early to be prepped and ready to go.

**BE AWARE of a few changes to the schedule compared to previous sessions. (Athletes can't come to both Monday and Tuesday, and can't come to both Wednesday and Thursday. They will need to pick one or the other of these combination of days.)**

Kids (Ages 11-14) Sports Performance

Middle School kids ages 11-14 Sports Performance Program. This 3 day program geared towards middle school athletes from 5th grade to 8th grade who will not be participating in any activity during the off-season but LevelUp. The program provides all the fundamentals of successful performance training, including speed, agility and strength. These years are crucial for establishing maximum athletic performance and reducing future injuries. Our classes focus on instilling healthy fitness training habits in your child, so they can have the best chance to succeed in athletics and sports and then go on to lead a healthy lifestyle.

This program will include speed, agility, strength & power, mobility, and injury prevention. These years are crucial for establishing maximum athletic performance and reducing future injuries. Our classes focus on instilling healthy fitness training habits in your child, so they can have the best chance to succeed in athletics and sports and then go on to lead a healthy lifestyle.

FAST (Middle School Football)

Grades 6-8

 

2x/week

Block 1: March 5-28

Block 2: April 2-25

One Block = $120

Both Blocks = $200 (register by Feb. 22)

Tuesday and Thursday

7:00-8:00 PM

This class specifically designed to improve football athletes' speed and performance. This program includes speed, agility, multi-directional movement training, jumping and general/sport-specific conditioning. The FAST program is reserved for football players who need to add an extra edge of movement and speed to their performance arsenal.
