Fall High School Sports Performance

Sept 3 - Nov 22

Our sports performance programs encompass all aspects of building an elite athlete: speed, agility, power, strength, stability, mobility and injury prevention. Athletes are expected to be ready to go at the beginning of class, which means getting to LevelUp a few minutes early to be prepped and ready to go.

**BE AWARE of a few changes to the schedule compared to previous sessions. (Athletes can't come to both Monday and Tuesday, and can't come to both Wednesday and Thursday. They will need to pick one or the other of these combination of days.)**

High school Sports Performance

3 Month Program 

2x/week = $ 360 

3x/week = $435 

Monday OR Tuesday

and

Wednesday OR Thursday

and

Friday **for 3x a week only**

3:45-5:00 PM

*Starts Sept. 3rd

High School (Grades 9-12)  This program is perfect for athlete's looking to LevelUp their game, and carry over their improvements directly into the fall season. This program will include speed, agility, strength & power, mobility, and injury prevention. This is designed to get your athlete into peak condition leading up to the start of their season.
