Facility Rentals
At LevelUp we offer daily, short term and long term Rentals. We have training space for travel teams of any sport or event including tournaments, parties and more! We offer a variety of options for bookings, and will work to help you build a schedule that works best for you!

Rental Details
Turf Rentals
Our turf field is 60 yards by 35 yards, and includes two 7ft by 21ft sized soccer goals. Two futsal goals can be used as well upon request.

Tunnel Rentals
When renting out the tunnels you can book 1 tunnel, 2, or all 3. Our tunnels are 12'Hx15'Wx70"L and are equipped with L-Screens. We have tees and pitching mounds available for use once signed out, and have pitching machines available for additional fees.
Court Rentals
In our facility we have 3 regulation volleyball courts and 2 basketball courts that can be rented by the hour.

All of the rental pricing is listed below are listed in price per hour.
Field- $225
Field (3PM-5PM Monday-Friday)- $125
1 Tunnel- $35
All Tunnels- $90
Pitching Machine- $10
Volleyball Court- $35
Volleyball Machine- $10
Basketball Court- $50

General Rental And Facility Rules

Licensee must provide its own equipment or rent equipment from LevelUp Training, LLC. This includes pitching machines. ($10 per hour/tunnel).

Licensee is responsible for any damages to the facility or rented equipment and will be billed accordingly.

Any changes made to the original schedule after a deposit is processed is subject to a $50 fine per space. No call, no shows will not be credited back.

In the event of closure due to weather or other natural disaster you will be credited for your time lost.

Any use of the facility over the scheduled time will result in additional billing at a time and a half rate.

Licensee is not to conduct its own fitness training program on the premises. Additional training can be provided if purchased through LevelUp Training, LLC. Gym access is not allowed unless otherwise discussed with Owner and Coach Jon Carrabino.

No food, sunflower seeds, or gum permitted on the turf or in the tunnels.

All trash must be picked up from facility space rented.

No tape can be applied to the turf.

No metal cleats permitted anywhere in the facility.

No live hitting or batting permitted outside of the tunnels. This include the turf field.

Any throwing drills need to be directed away from the field entrance.
